Diary entry 14 ❤️ What I’ve been up to and ‘How can I go huge’

Spent my first week at the new barn and gotten back to Essex a couple of days ago as I have some appointments and training coming up and next week hopefully a FILL!!! 😊 Have not filled in quite a while as I was giving my body a rest..

I haven’t decided which body part to inflate yet by by the way, I probably won‘t till the night before..

I’ve not had WiFi at the new house, and the phone line was not set up so I’ve been doing all of that..

I also got a car.. I hadn’t driven in a longgg time, had completely lost my confidence and it’s only recently I decided I could do it again.. Dad said ‘be sensible‘ when getting the car.. He obviously forgot who he was talking to 🤪

I asked on my little work Instagram if anyone had questions and one I keep getting asked over and over again is ‘how can I go huge.’

The simple answer is you can’t hit 10-12k without two things: a hell of a lot of determination (let’s face it you’re more likely than not to get an infection on the way) and very good relationships with your doctors.. My family doctor here in Essex helps me with any surgical issues, when she normally doesn’t even go over 1000cc but I’ve known her for years, so she’s happy to work with me on all this..

Most people hop from one surgeon to another and the truth is they are not going to see a brand new patient and be   willing to take the risks involved (to both the patient and themselves and their reputation)..

There needs to be a level of trust to do all this.. Ask yourself if you would risk your job, your reputation and your family’s security and of course most of you would say ‘no‘ for something you don’t need to do.. If you have good relationships with your doctors they are more likely to help you, obviously.. I’ve seen girls on social media bitch about doctors not replying quickly enough and then wonder why they aren’t being helped more..

I said in my last post they are human after all.. If you do work alongside someone great, show them respect and how much you appreciate them..

Be a good patient, don’t mess around and cause your doctors hassle, don’t contact them over and over again if you aren‘t ready to book as they may see you as a time waster.. After surgery follow their instructions in regards to meds and aftercare and show you can be trusted to go bigger 😛 Having said that we all can and do mess up sometimes, if you make a mistake just own up to it and don’t blame the doctor lol (I know of a couple of girls who had damage after going back to the gym too quickly for example, but one of them turned round and blamed the surgeon when it was her mistake).. This is all basically just common sense..

I’m going to spend the next few days training and preparing for next procedure.. I was also hoping to make it to Colombia if the border reopens, but am not sure what the situation is at the moment.. Need to just try and keep positive xx

This post was meant to be about relationships but I’ll do that next time.. I need to be in the right frame of mind for the ‘deeper’ posts..

Back to the pics..
