Tyrande doodles and thumbnail
Added 2017-01-04 12:54:17 +0000 UTCI was initially going to do a portrait of Tyrande, similar to the Sylvanas one I did in November but.. honestly I wasn't happy with the Sylvanas one. I don't really learn much from them, and I don't think they're really reflective of my current skills.
So in an attempt to push myself, I'm going to try and paint out a little scene with Tyrande instead. :)
Most of my thumbnails are incredibly small and very messy. Lots of scribbles in place that represent things in my head but most likely look like a blob of nothing to most people. The idea is to do these fast and get some sort of semblance of a scene set up.
In the next day or so I'll probably run around in wow trying to find a good setting for this, and maybe mix and match various foliage from the game and try to incorporate it. :) Hopefully I can finish this up this week though and get it printed quickly for everyone!
