Going forward with the Investor Tier Rework.

Luckily with this rework i didn't need to pull so many strings to get it ready, all i really needed to do is change some descriptions and small things, mainly opening up that cap on the tier so i can have a wide pool of suggestions and prompts to pick from.
It's fixed up right now so If you wanna jump up to that tier feel free. All of that starts next month, explanations linked up there.
