[WIP] Multiverse Monarch (Amalee's OC) - SKETCH

I don't particularly care much for Vtubers, but Monarch is a pretty snazzy girl, Who I've been taking my time perfecting. This is a pretty rough sketch, and I don't know how I feel about that bottom one, so time will tell if I keep it or not. Give me your thoughts below.
