I'm going to do it.
It will deviate slightly from the normal release period, so you can expect it in the 3rd/4th week of January.
My main motivation for this is just to have a bit of extra funds. I may have found an apartment, and every bit helps. I'd naturally prefer not to be homeless, so I think it's worth it in the grand scheme of things to revert to my old ways ( which is basically to get a little reckless with development ).
With that in mind, all bets are off - and I won't put an official count on the # of new events in the work. I'll continue making as much content as possible with the time I have left.
My focus will be to expand some of the stories I haven't worked on in a while. I'd also like to give you more of the content you actually want, so I've posted another poll which you can find here (for Patrons).

Based on that, I'll continue to make the content for version 5.
