How To Port Saves

First, go to the folder where your game has been unpacked.
Once there, go to your search bar and type in 'save' and hit enter/return.
You should see a string of results that looks like this:
These are your save files. The numbering and text might seem a little weird, but basically you can guess which save file is which by the name of the file. The are sorted by page number and slot position (1-6).
If you're in doubt, just copy them all. To do this, you can package your saves (the entire folder) in WinRar or some other archiving program, or just copy then paste them into the directory of your latest download.
