So while working on the last picture for togepi1125 and drawing Lucario, I once again noticed that there's not a lot that connects me to the Pokemon franchise at large. Growing up, when the first games were released, I was the only kid in my class who neither collected trading cards nor played the games. The whole hype just passed me by, because I felt that it wasn't for me.

When I did a fun little livestream a while back of "Pokemon smash or pass", I vented my grievances with Lucario's visual design, most notably his massive spike that sticks out from his chest. So while I was working on the latest commission, my mind started to wander and I ended up sitting down and drawing my own rendition of a "Not Lucario" design, where I could go wild and this is the result! Of course I daddified him quite a bit. ;3 I really enjoyed this little venture. Just please don't ask me to do this to other Pokemon as well. This was a one off.
