In this Step 1, I'm asking everyone who is interested to comment below:
A female character from a game/anime or manga franchise
If someone mentions a character you'd also like to see, reply to their comment for the ease of it ^^
Once 24hrs have passed, I will create a poll with the Top 3 most suggested characters for you to vote on. Voting time will be around 24hrs as well, unless a decision has yet to be made, then I will lengthen the time.
In case of a complete tie, I will choose one of the 2 finalists or make a new poll.
