T Pose: Queen's Spears
Added 2022-04-04 14:29:58 +0000 UTCFirst T of May. We have opted for lighter troops than those we made in physical format, so that both complement each other.
Our idea is that they can be used as queen's maids in a standard army, or as spearwomen in a thematic army.

Yo creo que en la realidad, un varón y una hembra en armadura, se ven prácticamente iguales. Pero, siendo miniaturas de fantasía, me parece que hay que exagerar alguna característica femenina que a la observación simple haga más distinguible que son hembras, como ya mencioné en mi comentario. Como de todas formas, están pensadas para que puedan complementar las otras dos infanterías con lanzas que tienen, es entendible que no sea la intención de que destaquen mucho, pero es solo una sugerencia.

2022-04-06 12:22:47 +0000 UTCEstán muy bien y tengo ganas de ver el diseño final, aunque de momento las veo más parecidas a elfos que a elfas. Quizá jugaría con el pelo largo que tan bien hacéis, o con capas largas como en los dibujos originales. Un saludo!

2022-04-04 22:08:04 +0000 UTCQuizás es muy prematuro decirlo, pero tal vez habría que exagerar alguna característica femenina para que se diferencien aun más de sus otras dos tropas élficas con lanzas. El cabello, el uso de ropa distintiva, etc. Sé que me arriesgo a leerme algo sexista, pero es que en estos casos es necesario para que a primera vista de la sensación de que estoy viendo una tropa de hembras, sobre todo siendo elfos. Es una opinión, tiene ese peso solamente.

2022-04-04 15:22:21 +0000 UTCWe will put bows in quivers for you. Shields are optional. :) As I said the idea is to make it flexible and you can use them as maidens, or as spearmen. The bow version was left behind, so it will be done later.

Warhammer Armies Project still has both Handmaidens of the Everqueen and Sisters of Avelorn. These both have bows, and one has spears. Neither has shields unfortunately! 9th age also appears to have all of their "Queen's Guard" elves using bows.
