Hi friends I like the model overall. My only criticism is that it has too much armour so the exposed breast looks a little out of place. It think it would look much better with less armour. The model isn´t overtly sexualised, she look likes she´s about to kick some ogre´s ass, so it is pretty much OK to me.

You make a lot of interesting points. Let's see if I am able to answer almost everything. About the hair and the paws. Hair is always a complicated thing. if you want to represent a thin hair it's best not to put it, and if you put a thick one you destroy the anatomy. Also in this case I think it depends a bit on the vision we have of the goat. for example we have been guided by the wild goats we have in Spain. The horse has only one hoof and the goats have two. Hence the similarity. We could have made them a bit thinner. But most of these minis are standing on a single leg. Here I'm more concerned with giving you something sturdy than something slender. The poses have also been a very complex chapter. Especially because of how the anatomy of the leg works. It bends backwards like a person's legs. That generates strange sensations when seeing the miniature posed. The idea is that this miniature is sticking out its chest, with its arms backwards. We were looking for a challenging position. In any case it is the most static of all the ones we have done. I think it was the first one. About the armour. We built the armour in two directions. We started from the one that elves wear. For example the corset is a recurring element throughout the army. We interpreted it as leather. It also works very well with the idea of the gladiator. It was very common to wear a hundred thick ones that protected the stomach (it has its own loggia as it is the part of the torso that does not protect the bones). We use the shoulder pad as a central element, a bit more barbed than the one used by the elves, to emphasize the character of an elite unit. The idea is that it is an asymmetrical defence, usually with one arm more armoured than the other. This is the most armoured. The window effect you're talking about happened without looking for it. I think it wouldn't be so evident in the others. And finally the scale skirt. At the beginning they didn't have it. But we lacked unity with the rest of the army. That's why we added the skirt based on the same design as the elven infantry. And that's more or less how we have been developing the miniature. It is the result of many small decisions.

Well, I read the post above and get here to check what's going on. First of all, I love most of you miniatures, they made perfectly, I love both the ideas and details. during the post i reading I was literally like " oh yes, definnetelly agree on all points, the fauns, the centaurs it's so cool, I want to see more of such units. Cetlic reference totaly make sence, light armor is best choise. Bare breast - sure why not? But then I see the miniature more closely and like: ehh.. no. the problem is not in the bare breast. The problem it looks strange exactly here. she doesn't look like she wearing light armor to provide herself more agility and speed. She looks like she wearing HEAVY armour and cut a window for her breast. That just weird. Her shoulder pads and neck-defence, her skirt, her bracers all this makes her looks like she is wearing a brigantine. In this case naked breast just odd. Also, I'm confused about her legs, I think they to big and looks more like horse legs, not goat's. But this probably due to heroic scale? Maybe add some fur on her legs/soulders? Plus I really don't get the pose. What is she doing? Running towards enemy ? But it seems she lean back a little bit in her upper half

That's my issue with it. Armour over the forearms, breastbone, shoulders, and an armoured skirt... and leave the center of mass with vital organs bare? Plus as a woman who saw this commented to me, running/fighting/dancing in that outfit would result in a very sore chest.

It´s funny seeing how boobs can make so much drama. *ROFL* I think the model is cool! If someone´s eyes explode because of boobs, get yourself a bit of greenstuff and solve the problem yourself!

This is an open fantasy world, love the model and look forward to many more like it.

The breasts are a great touch. A natural take on a faun. Surprised anyone is taking offense to this. Very tasteful compared to other patreons.

I like this model, though the bare breasts seem strange given the rest of the body of covered. It makes no sense to leave such a vulnerable area completely exposed.
