Description
Tifa is quietly studying at the libray, Aerith wanting to have some fun, she's through under the desk waiting to tied Tifa's feet to the chair. While Aerith plays with Tifa's barefoot Tifa will have to fight to not laugh or make noise in front of the libarian (Scarlet) who won't tolerate unacceptable behavior.

Maybe Aerith is holding onto some very old and expensive books and she can't let then fall onto the floor. Then maybe Scarlet hears this...and joins in...
