[Art Trade] HDN: The Nepstronauts
Added 2023-04-12 14:28:27 +0000 UTCWow, just in time for the International Human Spaceflight Day! Not that I remember it, until someone at my Discord server announcing it, but hey, what a perfect moment I might as well consider this pic a special for this day! :D
So, we have a pic featuring the Astro Girl spacesuit from the idol group anime/manga/game franchise Idolmaster and a full drawing of it after quite a while, the last Astro Girl pic I did last year was a coloring which you can check right here. Although just like that last pic, this time we have a character not from the Idolmaster series, pretty much the first full-fledged drawing one in my gallery. Being my side of an art trade I did with heavycube4u/sensuifuku_nepu on Pixiv and Twitter (you can check for his side of the trade right here), this time is another appearance of Neptune from Hyperdimension Neptunia anime/manga/video game series! Unlike her previous appearance right here though, this time she's not alone here, as on the right of the image is her younger sister Nepgear, Who you might thought of her as Neptune's older sister based on her height, but she's actually younger than her ^^; Both are clad in the suit and just exited the airlock, ready for a mission!
Yeah skipping on the process of making the unshaded pose which I already brought most of them out right here, from that stage I went on adding their tethers and shade the pose, and then the background which really was an afterthought and initially thought of having them at a truss of the ISS, but then realized I'm thinking too hard, then decided to put them just outside of an airlock of some random custom-made space station. Even the space station design itself is an afterthought ^^; This way though, we have the better view of the Earth orbit. Yup, not the orbit of the planet Neptune this time, just the usual, low earth orbit traversed by the space station.
But hey, it's been nice to do an Astro Girl pic once again, I've been thinking of doing it for the last couple of weeks after the previous pic, and with all the necessary modification to the two new poses the pic came out pretty nicely :D
That pretty much it, and I hope Heavycube4u and as always you guys, liked it! :D
