Touhou Project: Reimu's Unexpected Spacewalk Partner

**UPDATE** Minor fix on Reimu's SAFER.

Alright, finally get this one pic done!

Yup, I might have given you guys some leak of who were these characters featured here, But yeah, they are (from left to right) Marisa Kirisame and Reimu Hakurei from the Bullet-hell Shoot-'em-up game series Touhou Project, with commonly popular titles are made for Japanese market's NEC PC-9800 and Microsoft Windows.

And shown right here is Reimu, as an astronaut performing a maintenance spacewalk near one of the ISS's solar panels, suddenly got reached out by her arch-rival Marisa, who flew all the way from earth to space using only her flying broom, only to realize seconds later that there's no air, suffocating her much to Reimu's confusion and panic XD. Yup, I kind of wanted to do another EMU drawing lately and one video on some Japanese YouTube Channel grabbed my attention and became my inspiration.

That's right, the game series isn't what I actually made this pic after, but rather a Japanese educational YouTube channel whose videos are focused on Aerospace and Aviation, SkySanpei (スカイ三平). In fact, I'll link to one of their videos talking about the EMU Spacesuit right here. And featured on every video on that channel, are headshots of chibi Marisa and Reimu, the latter wearing the EMU helmet in more recent videos. And most of the time in every video Reimu did the explanation job of every topic, and Marisa was the one who pop out questions and backchanneled in between Reimu's explanations. So I thought, huh, maybe a fanart to both the game series and the YouTube channel where Marisa for some reason, most likely because of jealousy, sloppily flew all the way to Reimu, who turned out to become an astronaut on the ISS, only to realize that she also needed the outfit Reimu wears that let her breathe in space XD.

Oh there was another point that I forgot to bring upon the WIPs, I just remember that there are actually more than just one pattern of red rings around the limbs of the EMU, one of which is red dashed lines, which also happens to be a part of Reimu's normal outfit which is a kimono worn by a Miko, the Japanese shrine lady. So I thought, huh, might as well put that in her spacesuit! XD
