13. Resistance bands overhang


So resistance bands. Always tricky to use. You normally end up smacking yourself in the face trying to use them. Attaching them to doors or putting them under your feet is always risky.

But recently I learned a safer place to put them. If you are obese enough. They slot perfectly under your overhang. And then you can lift in peace. Great exercise for your forearms and the fatter you are/ more you eat. The stronger the resistance. I recommend it to all obese boys who want a little more muscle under all the blubber…😜
