Changes Coming to Subscriptions on iOS
Added 2024-08-27 18:12:56 +0000 UTCStarting in November, Apple will take a 30% cut from pledges made through the Patreon iPhone app, effectively increasing costs by 30% for new subscriptions. However, current subscribers and those not using iOS won’t be affected. If you subscribe via iOS between now and November, you’ll be grandfathered in at the current price.
For new or returning subscribers planning to join after October, use the Patreon website or Android app to avoid the extra charge.
