This week, I’ve been working on the new update! Overall, things have gone well, and I’m glad the heaviest parts are already done. What’s left now is some editing and maybe adding a few extra touches. I’m really happy with the progress so far.
This update focuses entirely on Ema’s story blending both her old and new versions. I'm aiming to show her breaking down Naoki’s sense of manhood. Each girl tends to challenge a specific flaw in Naoki, and for this particular ending, Ema's part explores his unreliability, how even when he tries to do the right thing, it’s too little, too late.
That said, it’s a relatively straightforward segment, since it’s part of Tokuko's ending route. I think it works best as something direct, there’s still more to tell, and with this being 2 out of the 4 girls completed, it feels like a turning point.
Anyway, I’m really satisfied with how it’s shaping up, and I’ll keep working on it in the coming days until the release!
For now, since it's already a bit late, I’m heading to bed so I can get up early tomorrow.
