This week, I’ve been working on the update!
Unlike last week, where I was mostly testing ideas and working on the script, this time I’ve fully committed to an ending I want to create.
It’s a sort of nightmarish outcome for Naoki, one that also fits Tokuko and her current desires after her victory. The beginning of the update might feel a bit scattered, as usual, but once you reach a certain point, you’ll start to notice that something’s off.
I’m still figuring out how to tell this from Tokuko and the MC’s perspectives without giving too much away, but I’m trying to handle that carefully. The darker parts start toward the end of the update. The render above is like a flashback to better times, though it's also a moment that will keep repeating itself in different ways.
It's a bit experimental overall, but I want this one to really make full use of the device in this ending. After all, this is the conclusion. There’s not much further it can go from here. But at the same time, yeah, it’s still experimental, so I also have to be careful with how I handle it.

Apart of me will miss this game. But im also excited to see your next story after you break. Which will feel like am eternity for me. But i will really appreciate not having a micguffen in the next story. Also can't wait to see your new character designs and animations. I hope we keep the stealth action in the next game.
