I'm finishing off some emails while you've been watching one of your favorite shows and you come out to say goodnight. I have to do some recording so I'm staying up. You go to bed but after a while you come out very upset because you've had a nightmare.
You crawl into my lap and I talk you down and joke with you to make you feel better. You're so tired but you don't want to go back to bed by yourself. I'm almost finished so you lie on the couch and fall asleep while I'm playing so I call it a night and carry you to bed so we can both get some sleep....
