Glad you liked it. Steve had always seen Lisa as someone out of his reach, ever since the first episode. She had that little attitude towards him that we saw at the nurse's office "Get away from me, I'm too popular for you to even talk to me". And also it has to do with the difficulty of learning how to use his powers, Roger hasn't said much about it, but there are things Steve doesn't know. So Lisa would be a good way to start, Steve desired her and she was "out of reach".
