As for all of you that are saying "Lois was different while controlled"... That is something quite simple to explain.
Shauna was flashed and used immediately, so the programming is still being "downloaded" onto her... on the other hand , Lois was used at night, after several hours had passed, so even if the program was installed, the test subject has to completely "download" the programming to be fully obedient like lois was at the beginning... until Chris came and started touching the phone like an idiot and completely erased the programming inside Lois.
