The Cabaret at Mr. Faire's: Part One (complete)

“Well, you tell that so-called Mr. Faire that I am not ready to get up and go yet! He’s just going to have to wait until I can find my mother fucking Christian Louboutins!” There’s a crash and shatter, things being thrown and more incoherent screaming from the back.

“He’s at it again,” Fye sighs as she clips her hair back.

I’ve already secured my closet and have anchored down my bed as well as Fye’s. I’ve also helped most of the cabaret’s crew with their chores as well, foreseeing this very thing happening.

“You should go in there,” Fye gives me a little shove.

“Uh, no, I shouldn’t,” I scoff. “I am the last person who needs to go in there,” I say, pointing off towards the back where high pitched wailing can now be heard.

“Aww, but Muna needs you,” Fye feigns simpering sympathy. She reaches out and pinches my cheek. “He needs his little donut.” Her fox-like face is lovely, even if I know she’s trying to torment me.

I smack her hand away. “The last time I tried to calm him down, I was pinned down for an hour while he cried.”

Fye smirks at me, her lovely lips curling at the tips. “It isn’t so bad. Muna is a good looking man, in or out of drag.”

I scowl at her. “That isn’t the point.”

“Where are they?” Another loud scream from Muna, and then one of his trunks is thrown from the door.

I sigh and my shoulders slouch. “If I’m the only one,” I snarl in her direction as she shakes her head.

I stride down the hallway and step over the destruction Muna has thrown from his room. “Muna,” I call out to him. “Muna, darling.” I peek into his room, ready to duck at the first sign of danger. “Can I come in? It’s me, Bron.”

“Bron?” Muna whimpers, looking up from the mess on the floor. He wipes at his face and huffs. “I must look a mess. I don’t want you to see me like this.”

I have seen Muna this way many times. I have worked in Mr. Faire’s circus for a long time, moving on to Muna’s cabaret show not long after Mr. Faire found me. Muna is prone to his tantrums and fits, but he’s a genuinely good boss, as well as a person. Or, well, whatever the hell he is. No one in Mr. Faire’s circus is exactly what they seem. We are all creatures who have been abandoned and forgotten, abused and neglected.

I sit down beside Muna and sigh, trying to figure out the best plan of action here. “Mr. Faire says we need to go soon or else we’ll be late. Now, I know you want to find your shoes-”

“Not just any shoes!” Muna stands up and I realize he’s naked beside the fur-lined sheer robe he’s wearing. His black widow robe, as he calls it. “My Louboutins! Vintage! Priceless!” He shakes his fists in the air.

I glance out the door, seeing Fye with a devious smirk on her lips as she watches from a distance. “You mean the ones you loaned to Fye last night?”

“I would never loan my-” it then clicks in his head. “You lying bitch!” He throws himself out the door, chasing Fye. While he’s gone, I straighten up and get things in order so we can at least get the cabaret tents moved.

Finally, after Fye confesses to her crimes, we collect in the main hall where all the performers from all over the circus stay as we move to the next location. Muna sits beside me, ignoring and even excluding Fye for having teased him.

“You’re the only one I can trust here, Bron.” He sighs. His long legs stretch out as he lays against me. Muna is exceptionally tall, probably closer to seven feet than anything. He’s lovely too, just like Fye said. In and out of Drag, he is a creature of strange beauty. He is like an owl with his sharp features and wide dark eyes. His long golden hair is something I have much admired, especially since I hate my hair grown out. He’s also covered in freckles, his whole body is like the milky way with its constellations and patterns.

“It’s ok, she was only teasing,” I say as I comb my fingers through his hair.

“I don’t understand why she must be so cruel to me!” He sighs dramatically. “I gave her a home! A life! I gave her everything.”

I roll my eyes, but continue to comfort him. Once he’s calmed down and food is served, he’ll be back to his usual, chipper self.

“You know what would be fun, right now, with everyone here?” Muna says as he nuzzles to my neck.

“I swear to god, if you’re suggesting an orgy, I will leave,” I grumble.

Muna chuckles, kissing my cheek and then pressing a soft kiss to my lips. “My little Bron, you know me so well.”

Fye comes over and sits down beside me, receiving a foul glare from Muna. “She’s mine right now! So go away.”

Fye smirks as she cuddles up beside me. Much like Muna, she has extremely long legs. She’s got a stronger build, unlike me. Muscular arms, a chiseled stomach, she is built like a marble statue. Her olive skin and dark hair make her look like a warrior goddess from another world. Her foxy features only add to it.

“You don’t own Bron,” she says. “No matter how much you think those of us in the cabaret are yours.”

“You’re all mine, one way or another.” Muna huffs, laying his cheek to my shoulder.

Somehow, I am the middleman between these two. I had been initially placed with Fye when I first came here. In Mr. Faire’s main tent, I had worked as an aerial performer, using ribbons and rings to dance above the three rings. I was then taken in by Muna, who wanted me for the cabaret.

The cabaret is separate, yet part of Mr. Faire’s circus. It is meant for adults during the after-hours. Muna puts on his drag show, a high glam affair which features Fye’s burlesque routine, as well as my acrobatics and contortions act. I had been happy in the circus, but the cabaret feels more like home. It is easier for me to be myself here.

Mr. Faire had found me during the dead of winter. I was trapped beneath the thick ice of a frozen lake. I had been trapped there for months, fighting to find my way out. I grew weak and ill to a point that even now, I can’t remove my glamour. I don’t know who or what I am, but I know I am not human.

When I was moved to the cabaret, Fye was the one who took care of me. We became lovers as well and she took great care of me. Part of why I was moved to the cabaret was my high libido and the fact I would go into heat quite regularly. Both Fye and Muna took care of me when I had these ‘hot flashes’ as Muna so laughingly called them. I was grateful to both of them for tolerating me and how demanding I could become when these spells took me over. I suppose that’s why I put up with their dramatics and fancies.

Once the circus was settled down, we started getting the cabaret and our quarters back together. I was excited to return to my room, my massive canopy bed which took up most of the space aside from all my clothes. I didn’t have the walk-in closet like Muna did, but I did have racks and cubbies set up around all the walls where all my clothes were on full display. I had a wardrobe for my more precious articles of clothing and, of course, my vanity filled to the brim with all the makeup a mall could need.

That’s when I feel it, a powerful surge deep inside me that flows from my chest and down into my groin. I whimper and squeeze my thighs tight together as the overwhelming sensation takes over me.

There is a knock on my door frame. “Is everything set up?” Muna asks, his voice sounding curt and deep.

I’m trying to ignore my needy feelings. “Are you even decent?” I grunt.

“Not morally. I’m wearing pants, so close enough.” Muna strides into the room. “We need to start practicing or else we’ll...Oh.” He steps into the room. “Oh, my poor Bron,” he says as he comes up behind me. “Is it happening again?”

    “I’m sorry,” I mewl.

Muna smiles and bends down to kiss me. I place my hands on his bare chest and suck on his tongue as he stands erect.

“No need to apologize,” he scoops me up and carries me over to my bed. “I am happy to take care of you.” He lays me down and takes off my shorts. “Oh my,” he marvels. His fingers press against my slit and I hear a very audible squish. “You’ve gotten so wet already.”

I whimper as his fingers easily slip inside me. I cover my face and moan loudly as he starts to move. His fingers go as deep as they can and curl to rub the sensitive spot inside. My legs twitch as Muna moves himself between them. He unzips his pants and moves aside the lacy panties. His cock pushes inside me and I cry out.

“You always react so honestly,” he purrs. “I love that about you.” He rolls his hips, watching my face more than anything.

Just one orgasm and I’ll be ok. I’ll be able to practice and set up the stage without worry. Just one orgasm and Muna’s kisses.

“Mm,” Fye crawls up onto the bed. “I love a good show.”

“I’m taking care of her,” Muna growls. “You can go and get the stage ready.”

Fye licks Muna’s chest and bites his nipple, making him groan out loud. Her fingers pet down, touching my clit and rubbing slowly. “She’s just as much mine as she is yours.”

“Fye-” I whine as she rubs me. My legs kick and I roll my hips to meet Muna’s thrusts.

“She’s our problem,” Fye smirks, kissing Muna before she lays down beside me. I turn, meeting her kiss hungrily. Her tongue rolls in my mouth and slips down my throat. I love her mouth, her long tongue.

Muna growls. “My two beauties,” he snarls. “If only I had two cocks to pleasure you both with.”

Fye scoffs. “Then we would really be in trouble, you old perv.” She turns back to kiss me, her fingers still paying close attention to my clit.

The overwhelming power inside me starts to flow out. It comes from Fye’s fingers and Muna’s cock. I twitch and close my eyes, thrusting my head back and my body arches from the bed. My vision goes white and, for a moment, I’m senseless.

Muna’s kiss wakes me and I wrap my arms around him. “Thank you,” I mewl.

“I would do anything for you, my little Bron.” He purrs into my ear. His cock is still inside me, filling me to the brim.

Fye smirks as she watches us. “I’ll go get something to dry you with.”

I then feel a twitch, a sharp pain in my head. I close my eyes as it starts to grow more intense.

“Oh no,” Muna sits up and places his hand over my forehead. “Bron,” he whispers urgently. “What’s wrong?”

I see a flash of something. A white flowing river amongst the stars. I hear a warm voice calling out to me. I start crying as my head starts to throb.

“It’s ok, we’ve got you.” Muna holds me in his arms.

The visions start to fade, but the pain lingers behind.

“I don’t know what happened,” I sniffle as I hold my head.

Fye looks to Muna with a concerned expression, then kisses my cheek. “It’s ok. We can get everything ready if you need to rest.”

“We can move practice, you don’t need to worry about anything,” Muna assures me.

“No, I’m ok,” I huff. “Just a headache.”

Fye gives me a look, knowing that is far from the case. Both she and Muna help me get up and I put my clothes back on. “I can do this,” I huff. “It’ll be done and over with by the time we get the stage ready.”

“If I notice anything wrong, I will make you leave,” Muna says sternly.

“Sure you will,” Fye puts her arm around me and leads me from the room.

Part of the stage has already been set up, but we get the final touches to it. Once that’s done, I start stretching to get ready for the practice. Muna has a new act he wants to try out, one where Fye and I do an interpretive dance where I start by coming from a ring on the ceiling and fall into her arms.

“This is going to require a lot of concentration,” Fye says to me as I touch my toes to the back of my head. “You sure you’re alright?”

The headache is still there, but it is nothing I can’t ignore. “Yeah, I’m perfectly fine,” I say with a smile. “Don’t worry about me.”

Fye kisses me. “I always worry about you.”

“Places! Places!” Muna snaps, coming out dressed in nothing but a pink suede jacket and glittery short-shorts. “I will not tolerate any bullshit today, people! I don’t care if we just moved, we are going on as professionals as always.”

“That’s a riot coming from you,” Fye laughs as she strips off her sweatshirt so she’s just in her sports bra.

Muna turns and glares in her direction. “If this jacket weren’t suede, I’d pierce your ears where you stand.”

Fye blows him a kiss. “Of course, dear.” She then helps me get onto my hoop and puts on the safety straps. “Final chance to get out of this.”

    I laugh softly. “I’m fine, I promise.”

Fye kisses me and then the ring is lifted up towards the ceiling. It docks there for a moment and Muna sweeps out onto the stage below.

“Ok, from this position, I will be here. Fye, you’ll come up behind me and the ring will start to come down.” Muna says commandingly.

I start to descend, but as I do, another painful twinge goes through my head. I grunt and shut my eyes tight. A vision of a vast sea of stars spreads before me. A pair of glowing eyes peers into mine and I hear the soft voice again whispering to me. The pain becomes intense all of a sudden and I swoon. I fall forward from my seat, but when I hear Muna scream, I wake up in time to grab hold of the safety strap and then grab back hold of the ring.

“What the hell was that?” Muna snaps up at me. “You scared me half to death!”

The ring lowers down and Muna grabs me from the air. “That’s it, go to your room, young lady!”

“Sorry,” I grumble as I hold my head.

Muna frowns. “What’s wrong?” He sets me down on the stage and looks into my eyes. “Is something wrong? You tell me this instant.”

I swat his hand away. “Stop screeching,” I growl.

“It’s happening, isn’t it?” Fye murmurs softly. “Your memories are coming back.”

I wipe tears from my eyes and look into my palm. I take a shuddering breath as I see inky black on my fingertips.

“It’s ok,” Muna takes hold of my hand. “Go and rest before it happens again,” he says. “We’ll get everything ready for practice tomorrow.”

I stand up and feel a bit of an upset stomach. “Fine,” I huff.

I go back into my room and crawl under the blankets. My head is aching so bad, but I somehow drift to sleep.

I wake up, hearing hushed voices just beyond my canopy. It’s Fye and Muna, and they sound concerned.

“Her glamour is faltering,” Muna hisses. “I saw it.”

Fye huffs. “It isn’t too bad if it happens here, but once we have a show-”

“We can’t have her do that in front of humans. It could be a disaster.” Muna’s voice sounds so stern, it must be serious.

“We’ll have to take special care of her. Now that the memories are coming back-”

“Fye, don’t cry. It’ll be alright. We’ve waited for this.” Muna whispers.

I sit up and step out of the canopy. Both Muna and Fye go quiet as I look at them. “Is everything alright?” I ask.

“It’s fine, we just came to check on you and make sure you’re not just being lazy,” Muna scoffs.

I rub my eyes. “I’m not. I promise.”

“How are you feeling?” Fye asks as she approaches me.

“I’m fine. It’s probably just stress,” I grumble. I stand up and stretch. “What time is it?”

“Early,” Muna scoffs. “I have barely gotten an ounce of beauty sleep. I hope you’re happy. Our first show is in a couple of days, I do not want to look puffy!”

I furrow my brow at him, then sit down in front of my vanity.

“You sure you’re ok?” Fye asks.

“I’m fine. Just needed some sleep, that’s all. I can practice today for sure.” I reply as I smooth a serum over my skin.

“Well, if you’re so sure, I’m going to try and catch up on my sleep for now,” Muna says as he strides out the door.

Fye huffs and watches me like a hawk.

I snap around and glare at her. “You don’t need to baby me! I’m fine! Go back to sleep or whatever. I’m fine.”

“How many times do you need to say that?” She sits down on the edge of my bed. “I think you need to lay out of this act until the headaches have stopped.”

“I’ve never missed a show! I’m not going to stop just because of a few little headaches,” I scoff.

“They aren’t little, Bron!” Fye snaps at me. “You passed out and nearly broke your neck yesterday. I’m not saying this lightly, but I really think you should sit this act out.”

I slam my palm down on the top of my vanity. “I can do this. I’m not some pitiful little thing like you and Muna always treat me as.”

Fye’s eyes widen. “I know you’re not pitiful.”

I stand up and walk along the many racks of clothing until I find the one I want. I sort through all the purple clothes, trying to find one of my favorite jumpsuits.

“So maybe Muna and I baby you a little bit, but that’s just because we care for you so much. And maybe I am being over cautious because of it.”

“I swear to god, if you two keep yelling, I am going to come in there, ruin my manicure and destroy your lives!” A loud thud strikes the wall beside my door, surely Muna having thrown something heavy.

I scoff and roll my eyes. “I’m going to go get something to eat.” I scoff and storm off.

“Gentle footsteps!” Muna throws something else from his room and it whizzes by my head to clatter against the wall.

I start to leave the cabaret building, but as I do, I’m struck again. I moan softly, wobbling to the side and between the building and the tent beside it. I lean against the wall as the powerful heat flowers through my body.

“Not now,” I snarl and I squeeze my hand between my thighs.

Fye comes into the alley and I try to walk away from her. She grabs me, pressing my back to her chest as her hands slip down my front.

“I will always take care of you,” She snarls into my ear. “No matter what.”

I cry out as her fingers slip inside me. Fye then cups her hand around my mouth. I can hear the wetness as her fingers move, she rubs my clit then slips her fingers back inside me.

“I will always react strongly to you,” she whispers. “Muna and I both will,” she groans. “I will take care of you till the end of the horizon.”

I start to see stars in front of my eyes and my knees grow weak. Fye holds me up, continuing to touch me and make me swoon.

“I will love you forever,” she hisses to me. “You and Muna are my entire universe. If you ever say otherwise, I will show you.”

As I breathe, it comes out in white puffs. Soon, the white puffs turn blue and purple with twinkling lights inside them. I squeeze tight around Fye’s fingers, trembling as I get the release my body desires. As Fye pulls her fingers out, I see they’re coated in a sparkling, holographic sort of cream.

“Fye,” I mewl as I turn back to look at her. “What’s happening to me?”

Fye licks her fingers clean then helps me straighten up. “It’s ok,” she kisses me. “Muna and I are prepared to take care of you. You just need to listen to us.”

I wrap my arms around her, squeezing her tight. “I will.”

Fye sighs and kisses me again. “That’s my good, little Bron,” she smirks. “Now, come on. I’m sure you’re hungry now.” She keeps her arm around me as we walk off to the mess tent.
