Update - v1.5.1c is the latest version with several bug fixes and improvements.
Fixes include:
Images in the bar with Brittany in Episode 10 not matching up for a few images
Issues with animations overwhelming some machines, now with better optimizations
Issues changing over the best friend Cory's name to be customizable
Some variables not having defaults, leading to errors when scenes were missed or skipped
Edits to polish up and fix some pieces of dialogue

I believe you're thinking of the interaction with her during the broken watch branch, which doesn't carry over now that we're back on the main episodes!

ISTR that earlier in the game there was an opportunity to get more involved with her, which I passed up because IIRC it came with a warning that it might seriously piss off the other girls. I'm rather regretting not having pursued that now. ETA: I shouldn't have posted halfway through playing the update but waited till the end. Then I'd have known that I had nothing to worry about.
