The light that afternoon was especially gentle, and the air carried a sweetness that was almost tangible. She sat by the window, letting the sunlight slowly glide across her shoulders and collarbones, without any deliberate pose.
I captured her as she moved from being clothed to gradually undressed. Within the light, she was both observed and learning to see herself anew.
