Proof of Life #171: Last stretch before the new update
Added 2023-04-03 22:10:00 +0000 UTCHeya everyone, how are you doing in this fine morning/afternoon/evening? I don't always say this, and it's kind of out of the blue, but I'm always thankful for your support, which allows me to improve my games further. It's all thanks to you guys!
As usual, I'm hard at work on the game. The screenshot above will be part of the 2nd segment of the update, taking part in a whole different environment, with a whole lot of new people. For those worrying about there being too much new NPCs, don't be. Those new NPCs will be mostly exclusive to this update, and won't clutter the already very varied cast of heroines, sub-heroines, and support heroines.
There's been a huge amount of work done on new visuals for this update, be it for the maps or the new sprites, and I hope you'll like it. It should add a whole new dimension to the story and make some people go: "woah, so that's what really happened!?". At least, I hope it will^^
Expect the new update on the 12th rather than earlier, as I have a certain amount of work left, both for story and H elements.
By the way, Cyanna and Rose's 2nd image for the character screen are done and will be in the new update as well!

It's hard to give solid advice, as we're all different when it comes to writing. Personally, I just can't write properly when I'm in front of a blank paper. I have to write at the same time as I develop, I feel like it flows far more naturally. I have the main story points in my head, but for the rest, I literally come up with the following scene as I write the dialogues for the previous one, so it's all very spontaneous with little planning.

Just wanted to get that out there to avoid giving people false expectations. Hope you'll like it though!
