Hello everyone!
Here’s the long-awaited first Update for HC3. It took a month and a half to make this one. I initially planned that the 1strelease of the demo version + consequential bug fixes would take me around 2 weeks to take care of (hence the development period being extended from 4 weeks to 6), but it turns out it took less than that, which means I’ve had more time to work on the update than I anticipated, so there’s overall more content in this one than there would be in a normal 1-month update.
Still, I want to reiterate one thing, so people don’t get disappointed: please, don’t expect the same amount of content and story-progression per update as I did for HC2. HC3 is more complicated to develop, maps are far longer to make, I have two PoVs to develop now and scenes are immediately added to the Reminiscence Room, which takes more time than HC2 where I just added a save. Sorry if for some I’m just repeating myself, but I want to avoid newcomers to have the same expectations as HC2 in terms of content and feel let down as a result. However, the “at-least-1-hour-playtime-per-update” goal hasn’t changed : )
Anyway, Update 1 focuses more on side-content than on the main quest. We’re still setting things up in regards to the NTR, so the content for any of the main/side characters remain relatively tame, but hopefully good enough to let the player enjoy it and look forward to more. Haylen, being easier to take advantage of, gets content pretty early on, while the hear-headed Lily has got quite a lot of build-up going on to make it feel more realistic, build-up which will continue in her next side-quest. Cyanna doesn’t have much for now, but more of her in the next Update!
There’s also quite a lot of freeroam content in the form of new interactions, freeroam lewds and mini-stories. For anyone not wishing to miss any of the freeroam lewds and mini-stories progression, everything is listed down at the end of the walkthrough (in the game files).

I just remembered HC2 and the childhood friend (forgot her name) had a BJ scene as her first event I think. So I just thought something like this might happen here soon too (almost expected the night in the greenhouse to turn into something similar). But you did say that you want to keep the slow corruption, so I'll just wait. I must say, I really liked the change of pace in HC2 with her being so easily corrupted, but this probably won't happen again in HC3

2022-11-18 00:28:17 +0000 UTCI'll try to go easy on the alcohol for a while though. I used it twice in this update, and using it anymore in the near future would be a bit overkill. Also, I don't mind using it on the MC, but I don't want the women to get dead drunk either, as I find it cheapens the corruption and makes it too easy. A bit tipsy is fine though, because it impairs their judgement and make badly thought-out decisions more believable. Thanks for the feedback!

I like the use of alcohol in NTR stories, its a facilitator for the narrative but its not cheap, since its effects are real, and makes the scenes really hornier since alcohol theoretically brings the person's true desires to surface. Both your games had that camping arc which involved drinking that took MC to sleep and ends on drunken sex. I hope you maintaing it on this game. Hope this time you make the alcohol bring our heroine's most hedonistic wishes. Thanks for the update again!
