I think the key is to make Rose resist the Duke's obvious attempts to perv on her. Like making her insist that the Duke sit behind a screen or something before her scene in the demo. It makes her feel less gullible.

Yeah, I guess all will be a little more fleshed out after another 8 updates^^ As for Rose, the main idea isn't that she trusted the Duke, but that she had no other choice. He offered a potential solution with little sacrifice on her part, the trade off being to help out her people from a dire situation. And if it didn't work out, well, she didn't lose much. Choosing not to try it would have been selfish for Rose, seeing how she insisted on being a good ruler and all. Thanks for the feedback : )

Finally got the chance to play the new update after not having wifi for a while in my new flat. I'm really looking forward to the Haylen story as I really like the mischeviousness of the other young soldier. I'm not really sure how I feel about the Duke and Rose yet. It makes sense, but I felt like that she didn't really show enough restraint when he comes up with the idea of sexual energy being the key to awakening the towers again. She already wasn't trusting him much and then he comes up with the sexual energy thing and she is very quickly convinced that it works. I hope that the duke needs a bit more convincing once it comes to the parts that involve him and not just Rose on her own. But I'm optimistic, really like the world so far, even though it's not as easy to remember all the parts as in HC2. I'm criticizing quite a lot here, but don't get me wrong, I really enjoy the game, I really like the female characters. I think I just need a few more updates to get more familiar with the whole story. When I started HC2 there were already like 8 updates out or something like that. Keep up the good work

Most of the NTR games I've played have been simple fun and led me to not expect too much besides that. But when I downloaded HC2 for the first time I was blown away by how much I enjoyed the story and character dynamics, it made the actual NTR feel richer and more enjoyable. Along with making me actually check out the endings aside from the NTR ending, not out of simple curiosity but from actual investment in wanting to see it. I was lucky to have found the game after it was already done and was a bit bummed out that I'd now have to be patient and wait for the new game to be finished but I'm excited to see this journey. I figured I'd be able to wait for it to go public but couldn't and just had to join the patron to see the proper demo. I was not disappointed. Map improvements were great and the new pixel art is awesome. I'll probably be sticking around the patron but will probably wait a few months for updates to build up before playing again. Keep up the good work and do right by Haylen please, she's easily my favorite and I can't wait to see what her story path is. You're doing great work.

Yeah, as Kono said, it could be a bit of an issue if I were to take several months to remake an older game, and I don't think many people would be interested in it, especially if it means putting on hold all the other projects. Better go for new content : )

in relationship of characters and their background settings, is that anyone have feeling that u will be so close with mother in blood, but not close with non-biological mother

Redoing again and again is a risk for sure. Better to avoid.

I don't really think it's necessary. The first game is a good one. It's better to focus on new things than redo again and again. It's a trope in the SFW game industry that I really don't understand.

Have you ever thought about redoing / remaster the first game? The games have improved so much from number 2 and even the demo for number 3 is showing huge promise. Played though number 1 recently and enjoyed it but I doubt it will hold a candle to the completed third game.
