Proof of Life #83: Sneak Peek at New HC3 Assets

I'm excited to show you the first few assets for HC3 : )
About HC2's development
Not so good news, but I'm not sure I'll have the time to add any freeroam events for this month's update. I'm really really short on time at the moment, and I'll be giving priority to finishing new quests over anything else.
But don't worry! Since August's update is most likely going to be a polishing update (reminiscence room + new freeroam events + everything that would require polishing), you're going to have a lot more new freeroam events to make up for it!
About HC3's development
I wanted to show a few of the new assets for the medieval town that in which most of HC3 is going to take place. Actually, it isn't going to be a whole town, but most likely a small part of the town. I'm still hesitating as to what each house will be used for, but I'm glad to see how it all turned out.
Those are just the first of a series of new assets (new animations, new character sprites, new portraits, etc...), but I'll keep updating you guys on the progress made in the future!

2021-07-08 12:09:36 +0000 UTCActually, as per stated inthe PoL, next update will be focused on freeroam events and such, so less this time, but more next update : ) Also, we won't see the endings yet, only in the update to be published on September 10th will contain the first endings of HC2.

2021-07-05 17:16:37 +0000 UTCstill I am starting to wonder a bit if a month is enough for all the free-roaming events you seem to have planned for the beginning AND the last updates (all the freeroaming scenes you didnt manage to do in the past few updates). You also want to do the reminiscene room which could take around 1/3 of the month as you said that this will take a lot of time as well - so its only 2/3 of a month you have for those scenes. And freeroaming scenes are quite comlicated to make you said several times, taking more time then story pieces. I dont know but is it even possible to include more then 10ish scenes if at all? Just dont want to be too hyped and then realize thats its not going to be that many freeroaming scenes...

2021-07-05 17:13:17 +0000 UTCI actually wanted the MC to have some kind of studio apartment rather than a whole house, which is why it looks a lot smaller than the other two. But I'll see what I can do about that. About the inn, I'll definitely add signs if I really make it into a inn. But since I am not 100% sure yet (hence the "?"), I'll keep it that way for the time being.

2021-07-05 17:06:52 +0000 UTCheya great news concerning HC3! The house on the right seems to be a bit small compared with the two houses on the left. But I like the details and overall style. The Inn would definitely need some signs though...
