Because of Deadpool, we finally got a Wolverine story that wasn't tamed or restricted, but utilized the character to his fullest potential. At the time it sucked that it was his final story, but what a freakin send off it was. Logan was a story so well told, incredibly acted, beautifully shot, and the choreograph action was just amazing. I loved every moment of the movie and the ending was just bittersweet.
