Yes, her strength tops out at what She-Hulk's original strength was: Class 50 by Marvel's system (50 tons) but she does have to strain for that.

Her body gains height and muscle mass in proportion to how much strength; her height will top out at 6'0" and her weight will top out at 195 lbs (so she gained about 97 pounds of muscle mass) when she is at her strongest.
