HOTFIX (3$ + 5$ Tiers)

- From (Wips + Gifts not allowed) was changed to (Access to all content)
Obese tier is now Massive tier:
- Obese tier name was changed for Massive tier
Note: I wanted to change the name cuz Fat and Obese sometimes can be the same, so i think to show the tier $5 have more/bigger benefies, i decided to change the name from Obese to MASSIVE!
