Just wondering something though, are the filler Episodes 480 to 483 important or I should just continue with 484?

The episode is NOT shown in my Video. Only a Timer that will help you synchronize your own source for the episode. Dub or sub version.
The episode synchronizes perfectly for Dub and Sub up to the Opening.

After the opening Dub users can keep following the Timer, Sub users have to be 12 seconds behind the Timer.
