This month's episode, though, is more like a carefully designed full course meal, organized around the compelling tastes of retirement, age, abandonment, and escape so readily served up to us by the episodes we're covering.

2021-10-08 20:50:36 +0000 UTCI've got to dissent from the characterisation of that Fisto comic image as "90s roid rage" - there's an anime-influenced openness to the line and character design that yes, began appearing in the late 90s, but continued as a tradition in western comics through the aughts, and to this day! Think Joe Madureira and Ed McGuinness. Edit: looked it up and it's Denys Cowan! A definite 90s guy, but the comic is Mace Windu: Jedi of the Republic #5, published by Marvel in 2017.
