Even though this is filler, it does fit in with this arc and the things that exist and happen in it.

2024-09-03 22:01:06 +0000 UTCBarabossa isn’t a giant, but he is big compared to average humans. Back in Loguetown, there was a human fishman hybrid. And since hybrids exist, it wouldn’t be hard to believe that some humans have some giant blood somewhere in their bloodline, so that might explain bigger sizes or humans, just not as big as giants since they are way bigger.
