2023-11-12 23:31:45 +0000 UTCI would just say to watch the animae. Iβm not saying one pace is bad, itβs just when getting into the experience, you should watch the animae. From what I know, the manga is pretty much the same as the animae, with some minor changes to details in some arcs.

I watched the first 45 episodes and the live action in a week. Now it's been a month and I'm currently on about ep 120. And I just always love reaction videos! stumbled upon your youtube channel and absolutely love your reactions and think you are a ray of sunshine, plus I just really appreciate how much intuition you have and your perspective as an anime fan. So when I heard you were watching One Piece on Patreon I had to join!! so excited for the ride! I'm a bit ahead, but I'm just hyped to watch someone else dive in the deep end and fall in love like I have. Plus I figure if I need to slow down to prevent burnout I can just use you as a pace mate XD if that's okay

2023-11-11 11:21:38 +0000 UTCI disagree. One Pace is great, but I believe the best experience is the original anime. If you want the original source material, the manga is truly fantastic. But we who experienced the anime first didn't grow to love it by cutting chunks out of it, or shortening the journey. We are all impatient for you to catch up with us, but one of the themes of One Piece is the love of the journey itself.

But please, just please. switch to One Pace https://onepace.net/ One Pace is a fan project that recuts the One Piece anime in an endeavor to bring it more in line with the pacing of the original manga by Eiichiro Oda. The team accomplishes this by removing filler scenes not present in the source material. This process requires meticulous editing and quality control to ensure seamless music and transitions. By watching One Pace you will not notice any edit ore anything like that. it cuts all the fillers and makes the pacing couple degrees better.
