Yes, certainly pictures of her might be "better" than others, but it's less about the specific effect a given outfit has and more about the general feel and composition of one piece over another. Take a fairly neutral shot like this one, stick her in any number of different outfits, and she'll be equally beautiful in all of them or none of them. π
