October Poll request form

Just like the last month I'm gonna gather all requests from Supporter and Investor tier patrons through a form and then I'm gonna pick 5 (3 chosen randomly and 2 chosen by me) that will compete in a poll where the winner gets made!
This month is gonna be special tho, since it's October and apparently a lot of events are going on so...
- Halloween : I don't really need to explain you why, but since the artwork will be published towards the end of the month, anything halloween themed will have more chances to be personally picked by me.
- Locktober: October is also a month of chastity for kinksters all around the world so why not include that on your request? Any request with someone put in chastity or with a chastity variant will surely be a good contender.
- Inktober: This month is famous for this challenge, where artists get to draw a lot of stuff using inky linearts with brushes or pens etc etc. I work on digital but I'd like to recreate that effect, so the lineart of this month's winner will most likely have that traditional inky style.
Ofc these are just suggestions, and even if you don't follow them your request can still be randomly picked, that said, if your request follows these rules I'll be more than happy to consider it. In any case, popular vote will decide the best idea in the end.
