How it is made
Late morning on a day in July, the sun outside is already high and the light pushes strong. The location is a room with a large window, the light (the only source of lighting) enters through the slats of the roller shutter and illuminates the environment timidly. In this shot I deliberately chose to overexpose slightly by focussing on the face that slowly sprouts from the hair, the rest of the body fades from white to black acquiring three-dimensionality.

Post-production
This shot dates back to a few years ago, at the time I was still developing digital negatives in Lightroom (I don't remember if Capture One already existed) Anyway, I retouched lights and shadows, contrasts and micro contrasts and a retouching to tonal values.
