Technically, yes. She is the owner of the other Riftwall Tavern on the other side of the "Rift", the portal in the tavern that went dark before Team A got to Edinmire. It's implied that something happened on the opposite side of the portal and that we will find out in a future chapter (and subsequently meet Amelia, assuming she is still alive)

Riftwall is the name of the tavern Maeve lives in with her mother Adira. I'm guessing Amelia is the owner and proprietor of another Riftwall Tavern somewhere else in the world. It's called "Riftwall" because there's a portal, or rift, in a wall that leads to another tavern. Presumably Amelia's tavern. But the portal was black and nonfunctional when they showed it.
