Heh, this reminds me of a party my classmate threw at the new year's eve back at the secondary school some two years ago, where someone brought a pack of weed. One of my classmates was like "come on Matt, have some with us, it won't hurt you!" to which I've said that I won't touch it. Eventually, she ended up completely wrecked by it herself. First, she was running around the house in the t-shirt (it was like -10 degrees Celsius outside). After she calmed down a bit, we got her to lie down, after which she started shaking and making noises from which we couldn't recognize if she's laughing or crying. It was a pretty bad party, I only knew like 3 people there, and everyone got wasted early on, so I went home by the first train. To make things more interesting, someone got the idea to lock the front door, so I had to go by a window.
