I guess Tom realised that being a posty during wartime is too dangerous. Probably because he nearly got killed by Sieth. Looks like hes gone back to making pizza. I love that recurring cameo.

Yeah. Tom cameod as a pizza delivery guy very early on in the piece. In fact i think it may have even been in chapter one. His character abandoned that job after he got knocked down by Red. He later cameod again as the postal service guy. He also quite that job too after he got knocked out by Sieth in taverndatter during a wolf raid. Apparently hes gone back to making pizza again? Maybe he never stopped? Maybe the deliveryman just stumbled on set through the wrong door by accident and they loved it so much that they didnt cut it from the book.

Mike (John Bates) just has his twin sister play those scenes, but Clovis (Michelle Green) actually underwent a sex change halfway through filming. They had to rewrite the script for her, not that Tom particularly minded. It was a huge deal on E!-dran for awhile.
