If you look at the character page then you'd notice it has been updated recently, in that Madelyn, Ms. Nibbly, Raine and Sythe are now included. Plus if you'd look at the previous comic strip you'd notice that when Zen woke up in his head and saw female Natani, the actual Natani said no I'm over here and was clearly male.

If you look at the Character page, you'll also see it has not been updated in forever. It was said before it was reveiled Na was a girl. She's not a dude, She's a girl who was born a girl, was a tom boy, had her mind destroyed, and patched back together using her brothers. Her brother looking at her as a brother, does not make her a guy, it does not make her willingly self identify as a guy, She is not trans, She's a person who has a damaged mind who finally is healing, She's a she. Stop trying to make Natani Trans, because She's not.

If you take a look at Natani in the characters page you'd notice it says his gender is male. ; )

She's female, and knows it. It's just due to the mind-spell thingie that she tended to automatically behave "like a dude", but nowadays seems to finally be able to reconcile with her natural, true self and be a normal tomboy. Don't mistake Natani as a representation of the lie that is "gender fluidity".
