David and Boris were hunting early in the morning, and they came back home with handsome deer. David is an excellent hunter. He moved silent and handled the bow with extraordinary skill. Boris enjoyed being on the hunt with him because the game was guaranteed. There were a lot of reasons to be in a happy mood, and Boris was ready to party. David was older than he, and he always kept himself calm. Even the marriage news from the royal family didn’t make him go crazy. He was more analyzing what the new alliance would mean. Alliance of Ahstad and Storhem would change a lot. How Prince Jarek and Princess Doucette would be ruling was a mystery.

While men were talking more about hunting and the day’s events, ladies had a different topic. Katie had waited for Raisa for the whole day. There was news about Raisa’s runaway cousin Lauren, and she wanted to share that with Raisa, and they must involve husbands to save Lauren from the grim fate that was waiting for her with people she was socializing with.
