September-October 2025 WIP and sketch dump

Doing another one of these! I think I'll keep doing them bimonthly.

First off we have the WIPs for the 3 regular art posts (Joe and Horacio's Halloween pic, the Talk like a Pirate day pic, and the Bruno post).

Next I'll be covering trade/gift art. The first is Atri from the VN Burrows by CaptainNikko (here's his take on Joe). Then there's DeliveryMutt's appletrucker, whom he hadn't drawn in a while and I offered to do my take on. Next there's Tom from NardoDraws' Neighbors comic (here's his take on Suarez). And last but not least, a birthday pic for Doctor Otter.

Next up are some sketch pics I haven't posted here. September and October were a bit messy in terms of health for me actually! None of them were serious, but I did get
>a minor injury on my finger from getting very unlucky while lowering a loaded W bar
>my arm covered in blisters from wearing a holter for 24 hours. I found it funny that the instructional pamphlet told you to write down everything you did while wearing the monitor so they could match your blood pressure readings to stuff like heated arguments, exercise, even SEX, which gave me the idea to make that picture
>aaand finally, I got food poisoning from misreading the expiration date on cream cheese, which had me in bed for two days (thankfully with my husband looking after me)
Oh well, I'm all better now and you all get vent art out of it!

Speaking of which, there's also a random quickie of my (raised in the tropics) husband's fursona bitching about the weather, and one of us dressed as Chainsaw Man characters for Halloween. I watched the movie recently, caught up with the manga in like 4 days, I'm sorry you all have to bear with the brainrot.

The last pic is very silly, I read this Onion article and it got my imagination going. It seems like a lot of people really liked it, you never know with these things!
