I wonder if he's a convincing liar or if Joe can see right through it. Enough lies and inconsistencies are bound to happen though. Also, that snuggle panel makes me imagine Mr. Boomer waking up the next day missing waking up next to someone all over again. (At least I assume Karen left him from the tone of the first few pages. I may be misreading it though.) Also, I'm going to guess Zoomer is going to notice something's up if he ends up staying late or over the night more. Perhaps it's a tad premature to be looking that far ahead though.
