it is actually only fine when you rewatch it as you can just skip recaps if you dont feel the need to watch them for the 1000th time. Watching it week after week is too annoying especially when there are 10 fights at the same time and every week they show 20secs of each fight, then 5 minutes of flashback and 5 more minutes of staring at each other. Since Fish Men Arc I only watch One Piece twice a year when there are enough new episodes to catch up.. One Piece is the best Anime of all times, yet you dont need to defend its' flaws.. It is safe to say One Piece is still the best Anime despite its' annoying flaws..
