EGS 8.5 Redux Now Public!

There's a lot of good additions, but as I've mentioned before.
Old Saves will not carry into this update.
This should be the last time this happens, fr this time. I will refuse any code changes beyond what is necessary.

BUT Without further adooo.

What has changed?

Lots of mechanical changes. How most stats work is different
- Sin regeneration is now passive, but can be actively influenced by your stats and interactions with predators
- Struggling and Arousing grant more sin. And also reduce damage taken
- Escaping is now chance based but is influenced by other actions taken (even escaping again) so you can still gurantee it... but you may not leave exactly when you want.
- Now most scenes require you to have the energy to reform once in order to escape. It makes logical sense, and does make the action have a cost.
- Getting access to eternal stay scenes and the predator's EGO items is now based on total time stayed in a pred, and not just current stay.
- Most scenes have a bar for any variables tied to unlocking content now (such as an arousal or anger bar). And a depth bar has been added to vaguely tell you how far along you are in the survival scenes.
- Likely more that I've forgotten.
A new visual style has been added to the game. One that's been hinted at before for yall ^^ Here's what it looks like in game!

This one is done by Pidge Douglas! Who will be the main artist for these.

I am still seeking feedback on how these look, I know some people don't love the generic color backgrounds. But it is helpful since some time periods have... tricky bg requirements. Do let me know if it takes you out of the scene a bunch.
You can toggle this view on and off in the settings.
