Sad thing about Dellinger - he's the youngest of the Doflamingo family and was groomed from baby to killer. He's about 17 - makes him younger than all the Strawhats (minus Chopper). He was taken as a baby and made into what he is. Kid never had a chance.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm pretty sure several times when the translators use the word "tramp" they're really just saying "onna" which means woman. Not sure about when Diamante said it this time when seeing Robin, but usually the overuse of "tramp" is just the translators taking creative liberties, not Oda.

Dellinger would be the son of a human and a fishperson like Jimbei or Arlong. Fishman genetics are a bit weird on the fish dna part so it doesn't matter what type of fish the fishperson was.
