All of the anime canon arcs are canon to the story it's just that Tobata didnt have enough time to implement this content into the manga so he used the anime as an opportunity to do so. So yes technically this arc is canon

2021-11-25 12:59:21 +0000 UTCJust gonna write this again :P Nose bleed is not a sexual thing. Not that it cant be, but it is just to tell the viewer that they are excited, it is often used to show that a person is excited about cute things, and other times it is used to show arousal.
