I like FairyTail for me it lacks that Masterful writing you can find in One Piece and Naruto. Also lacks the awesome and memorable characters characters of Dragonball. It was able to make me sit through and watch the entire show (except last season has not started that one yet). It is good, but it misses that little extra.

To be honest, its alright, once you get the anime loop, it kind of gets to be mehh. But thats me, I fully enjoyed the series for a long time, so honestly, I would say yeah you would probably enjoy it. It's been a blast re watching One Piece honestly, and on 2nd viewing of Fishman Island, it isnt as bad as I thought the first time.

I'm glad that I can support your way of living and keeping the vibe! You are an awesome reactor and I'm glad I found you. You have brought me through some really tough times and saved me on occasion and your streams and videos were sometimes the things I lived for when I came home from school and work. In terms of Fairy Tail, I absolutely love it. Of course its not perfect like everything but I'd say that the criticism is much like Black Clover and SAO. Not entirely unwarranted (Power of Friendship is a massive one but it grew on me), but people that jumped on a bandwagon way too early and without giving it a second thought, hated it purely because of the mangaka. It's one of my guilty pleasure anime and Its certainly in my 3 shows along with SAO and Fate. I would love if you watched it! I personally prefer it in dub although I know that you don't typically do shows in dub, I would like to make a feeble request top make this an exception because I feel that certain characters are done justice in the dub. Todd Haberkorn and David Wald are excellent. What ever your plans are, I hope you enjoy yourself and do wat you do best... Bringing smiles, vibes and joy to your subscribers and personally making my day :)

the thing with fairy tail is that you have to watch it in the right state mind. to me it's sort of a guilty pleasure because I know the plot is trash, tons of fanservice(even in the wrong time and place) but the characters are really fun and as long you don't get overhyped you'll enjoy yourself.

About Fairy Tail, I’m a fan, but I’ve grown detached from it. I was out of anime for a LONG time. Probably like 8-10 years where I didn’t watch any anime. Then I kept seeing anime kind of make its way into my social media timelines and decide to get back into it. The first anime I watched returning to anime was Fairy Tail. I fell in love with it. I loved the characters, the story, *whispers* the fan service, and I thought it was one of the best anime I’ve ever seen. Then I watched Naruto (which I know your not a fan of) for the first time, then One Piece, and Other great shows and I realized Fairy Tail isn’t even a comparison to those shows. I still haven’t watched the final season yet. Mostly because I hate when shows end, but also because in my head I’ll be comparing it to other shows and wishing it was better. It does hold a special place in my heart though for brining me back into anime. It’s a good show, and it will entertain you, but you can see the difference in level of how good it is compared to others. If you react to it, I will definitely watch with you.

I did watch Fairy Tale, and at the time I loved it (in some ways I still do). However, i kinda fell out of it around the same time I fell out of Bleach and Soul Eater. It's not that I stopped liking them, I just got overloaded with time constraints and new shows, so I left those behind intending to get caught back up with them later. However, "later" never came, and I found it hard to try and get back into them, having forgotten most of what I've watched and where I left off. Maybe your reactions would be what I need to get back in the groove of them again, though I would love it if you can continue with Slime and Spider at your next opportunity as I know that you'll get into them as well.
