(early) One Piece Episode 517-519 REACTION

I really wanted to watch the one piece episodes early so i joined it. :>

(Oh My Sky Daddy I could've just edited the last post I'm so sorry!! Too excited.) Episode 517 aired alongside HxH 2011's first episode. This also happened with the 1998 One Piece & HxH Pilot-OVAs at the Jump Super Anime Tour w/ those both being screened with each other & I just came back from Vegas myselfth on the twelfth, lol

Yes as has been stated in other comments Luffy's X scar on his chest is the burn mark he got after getting burned by Akainu while Jinbe was saving him Also side note when Sanji got dropped off in the manga he actually flipped off the Okamas before they left 😂

Let the story continue... god, I just gotta say I'm so glad I restarted my OP journey alongside you. It's so gratifying to see someone else reacting for the first time as I rewatch along side you. I'm a bit ahead, so super excited. And interesting thing about the fake strawhats. The VAs for the fakes actually ARE the straw hats, but switched. So Fake Robin is obviously Real Chopper, Fake Luffy is Real Sanji, etc.

The scar is from Akainu from the blow Luffy and Jimbe took at the end of the war. Luffy´s bounty got raised to 400 million after the war...

I hope you guys had a great vacation. The "X" on Luffy's chest was due to Akainu's Magma hitting him when Jinbei was protecting Luffy. Also, NEW WORLD HYPE!!!

Ruff you're not tripping, Luffy's bounty increased during the timeskip because of his actions on sabaody/impel down/marineford. $300,000,000 ---> $400,000,000. So technically before the timeskip Luffy had the highest bounty of all the supernovas.

The scar is from when Luffy got hot by Akainu's punch that went through Jinbei, if you go back you can see the shape in some scenes.
